Montalban's hideout can be typically anywhere in (modern day) Mexico or Panama

Monty is usually located in one of these places (in order of probability):
1) North of Vera Cruz,
2) near Villa Hermosa,
3) On the south or southwest coast of Bay of Honduras,
4) the East Coast of Mexico south of modern day Cancun or in Belize.

look for seamarks on the coast
The game often has several landmarks with the same name

Even though they're not on the map they will guide you to Lost Cities and Montalban's Hideout.

It's trial and error when there are more than one in the area. Drop anchor, head inland a bit, and if you see an Arch Rock, Deserted Cabin, Stone Head or Indian Totem you're in the right area. If all you see are geysers and dead trees you're not in the right area. This works well with 1 or 2 map pieces as well.

Another trick is to try to walk through the geysers and dead trees. If you can walk right through them, you are not in the area represented by the map.

Geysers are randomly spread around so not reliable as markers.
Use telescope both while sailing and on land.

coastlines in purple are the likely culprits for Lost Cities &
often Montalban's hideout

waters highlighted in red are the most frequent areas to find named pirates.

Map uses the Traditional Nation colors

Dutch - Orange
England - Red
France - Blue
Spain - yellow

Generic help for where is any of the Lost cities or Named pirates
located.

Disabling Nagle’s Algorithm and increasing the priority of gaming-related packets can feel snappier in games like Valorant , CS2 , or Fortnite , particularly on congested local networks. The Cons (And Why It’s Controversial) 1. Modern Windows 10/11 Are Already Optimized Microsoft has spent billions on network stacks. By default, Windows 10 and 11 auto-tune the TCP window based on current network conditions (using netsh interface tcp show global ). In most cases, the OS is already smarter than a third-party optimizer.

Godspeed Net Optimizer cannot bypass your Internet Service Provider’s cap. If you pay for 50 Mbps, no registry tweak will give you 100 Mbps. It also won’t fix physical issues like a damaged Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi interference.

Try it if you enjoy tinkering, but always create a system restore point first. For most people, the best "optimizer" is simply updating your network drivers and using a wired Ethernet connection. Have you used Godspeed Net Optimizer? Run a speed test before and after—you might be surprised by how little (or how much) changes.

In an era where slow internet feels like a personal insult, PC users are constantly hunting for that magic bullet. Enter Godspeed Net Optimizer —a software tool that promises to revamp your Windows network stack, reduce ping, and boost download speeds with a single click. But before you hit that download button, it’s crucial to separate the technical facts from the marketing hype. What Is Godspeed Net Optimizer? Godspeed Net Optimizer is a Windows-based utility designed to modify the operating system’s internal network settings. Unlike a VPN or bandwidth limiter, it does not create new traffic. Instead, it tweaks the TCP/IP parameters in the Windows Registry—the hidden database that controls how your computer handles data packets.

Think of it like tuning a car’s ECU: If your engine is misfiring, a tune helps. If your car runs perfectly, you won’t gain 100 horsepower from a software tweak.
