I recently ran into the dreaded error while trying to launch Optitex 15. The software either froze on the splash screen, showed "No key found," or gave a driver error. After digging through legacy driver issues and Windows updates, I found a working solution.

Note: This is for legacy licensed HASP keys. If your key is physically cracked or broken, this won't help – you will need a hardware replacement.
