Chase, ever the pragmatist and the son of a famous (and abusive) physician, seriously considers betraying patient confidentiality.
The twist? The Federal prosecutors insist that Joey is faking his symptoms to avoid betraying his family. House, however, sees a genuine medical mystery. The initial diagnosis points to a severe metabolic issue—possibly a reaction to a “poison” given by the mob.
