Shifu was furious. He refused to train Po. Instead, he tried to drive him away—painful training montages, impossible stances, high falls, and low blows. Po failed at everything. He couldn’t balance on a pole. He couldn’t catch a dumpling thrown at his face (he caught it with his mouth—then ate it). The Furious Five laughed.
Tai Lung arrived. He shattered the palace gates. He broke Shifu’s ribs with a single blow. “The scroll,” he snarled. “Give it to me!” kung fu panda kung fu panda
Tai Lung snarled. “You’re bluffing.” Shifu was furious
“He is coming,” Oogway said softly. “And tonight… I must leave.” Po failed at everything
“Hey,” Po said. “Fat panda here. You want the secret? The real secret?”
Silence. Then, disbelief. Shifu protested: “That… that panda ? He can’t even touch his toes!” Tigress snarled. Po grinned. “I can touch my toes. I just don’t like to.”
“That’s just a trick. Shifu showed me.”
