For a film with three supernatural nouns in its title, Mutant Ghost Wargirl delivers surprisingly little of each. The plot (such as it is) follows Akira (a wooden lead actress), a lab experiment who dies in a military raid only to return as a poltergeist who can also shape-shift into a hulking creature.
