The code folder in the Loadiine setup contains the .rpx executable. This is much easier to hex-edit or patch on the fly than a packed WUP install. The few mods that exist for Color Splash (infinite paint, skipping the "Tell me what happened!" prompts) almost always require the Loadiine version.
