Alix had always been a bit of a daddy's girl. Her parents had divorced when she was young, and she had grown up splitting her time between two households. Her father, John, had always been her rock, supporting her through thick and thin. So, when he announced that he was dating again, Alix wasn't sure how to feel.
The more Alix got to know Lexi, the more she realized that she was an amazing person. And as the months went by, Alix found herself feeling more and more at ease with Lexi around.
