When you rip a fire hydrant from the ground, the water pressure isn't just a particle effect anymore—it creates a temporary hazard zone that civilians slip on and enemies use for cover. One tester already posted a clip of flooding an entire subway car to short-circuit a Hunter-Killer. That’s new.
